While we do appreciate that every client may have a different set of needs,
we have found that all of our couples want the same thing in the end - a fabulous wedding!
Because of this, we have done away with the typical offerings that you may see elsewhere such as “wedding day only
or partial planning” and prefer to have our clients think about their wedding in PHASES instead.
Our 5 phases break down like this:
ONE | ORGANIZATION
We call this part the dream vs the reality - think budgets, guest lists and calendar tasks. Let’s face it; wedding are expensive, both financially and emotionally. You get one chance to make it perfect and with an overwhelming amount of tasks that need to be completed it just makes sense to have someone on your side from the beginning.
TWO | PROCUREMENT
This is where your planning gets real and we start to assemble your all-star vendor team. We will match you with the best people in the city and beyond in order to meet your style, vision and budget. The difference with our company is that we focus on experience, trust and innovation, not formula or imitation. And our approach is simple, listen to you and build a vendor team based on your needs and wants.
THREE | DESIGN
The days of tulle & ivy are far behind us (thank goodness!) so let us pull together the look and feel of your wedding with all that is fresh, inventive and you. It might be our keen eye for detail or simply our creative genes. Whatever the case may be, we like things pretty. We help design your wedding storyboard, theme, colours and then hunt down everything you need to execute your creative vision.
FOUR | MANAGEMENT
If you have an OCD or Type A bone in your body you will love this phase. And if the design phase is the pretty details, think of this one as all the other dirty, rotten, tedious (but oh so important!) details. This is why your wedding is going to run like clockwork because we make sure your ducks are all in a row!
FIVE | CURTAIN CALL
Wear a watch to your own wedding? No thanks. Do you really want to spend your most important day worrying about where the cake is or if your flowers will make it to the church on time or why there are only 75 napkins when there is supposed to be 175 or... you get the point. As your wedding day insurance team, let us worry about the details. It's what we do.
Like any project with a large number of variables, it make sense for your planning team to be there through it all, so when we are in, we are ALL IN!
Our level of involvement with you is all encompassing and you will have access to all parts of our creative team.
This unique style of service will not only make the process of planning organized, simplified, and stress-free, but design a wedding that is visually perfect.
Phased based planning is exclusive to our company and the fee starts at $8000.
In the event that you got engaged, were really excited and started checking things off the to-do list already, we can put together a mix & match phased based service that fits where you are at with your planning right now.
